Work and travel programs are designed for participants to gain exposure to daily
Canadian life by living and working in Canada. There is no English pre-requisite for
admission to the program.
Upon completion of 4~24 weeks of IH Vancouver or IH
Whistler's General or Business English programs students are placed in paid
positions. Students can work in the tourism / hospitality sector, or other job sectors
depending on their previous work experience. All participants must have an eligible
visa to be accepted to the program.
Work in top hotels and resorts in world famous locations including Vancouver
Island, Whistler, the Rocky Mountains and Vancouver.
Join the one of Canada’s fastest growing and most lucrative industries working in
metropolitan Vancouver or rural British Columbia. Candidates must have prior
training and/or experience prior to being placed in this area.
Customer service and sales positions in a people driven business environment in
major city centres across Canada. Prove your skills in a shop environment in one of
Canada's metropolitain centres; Vancouver or Toronto.
